Therapy Las Vegas

Who We Are

About Therapy Las Vegas

Mental health care within reach, right here in Las Vegas.

You called. You left a voicemail. Nobody called back.

Or someone did, and the wait list ran three months. Or they didn't take your insurance. Or the directory you trusted listed a therapist who stopped seeing new clients last year.

We hear you. Therapy Las Vegas exists to get you from searching to scheduled with a therapist you trust, without the runaround.

We Heard You

People across Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas told us the same things, over and over:

“Nobody calls me back.”

“Every wait list is months long.”

“They don't take my insurance.”

“The directory said they had openings. They didn't.”

“I don't even know what kind of provider I need.”

We built Therapy Las Vegas around fixing each one.

Providers in our directory commit to answering requests within 2 business days. They confirm their openings every month, so what you see is current. You'll know which insurance plans they take before you pick up the phone. And if the letters after a provider's name feel like alphabet soup, our provider types guide explains who does what.

We Get Vegas

We've called this valley home for 26 years.

We know Las Vegas runs 24 hours a day, and so do the people who keep the city running. Casino floors, hospitals, kitchens, classrooms. Swing shifts and graveyard shifts.

We know what 115 degrees does to your patience in July. We know half the valley moved here from somewhere else and left their support system behind. We know a valley of more than 2 million people has too few mental health providers, and the wait shows.

We know which hospitals offer free assessments around the clock, which clinics offer sliding scale fees, and how long the drive feels from Pahrump or Mesquite.

Licensed Nevada clinicians review every community guide and every provider application. Everything here is built for Southern Nevada, not a national template with our city's name pasted on top.

Mental Health Care Should Be Within Reach

You shouldn't need a map, five phone calls, and a week of voicemails to find someone to talk to.

You deserve real openings, honest information about cost, and a provider who calls you back.

Therapy Las Vegas is free for you, always. Our directory opens January 2027. Until then, our community guides cover crisis lines, hospitals, and low-cost care across the valley.

How We Vet Every Provider

A listing here means something. Every therapist, psychiatrist, and psychologist passes the same checks before they appear on Therapy Las Vegas.

Nevada license check

We look up each license on the Nevada licensing board's website and confirm the license is active and in good standing.

Supervisor check for interns

Post-graduate interns practice under licensed supervisors. We verify each supervisor's license too.

Malpractice insurance

Approved providers show proof of current malpractice coverage before their listing goes live.

A promise to respond

Listed providers agree to answer requests within 2 business days and confirm their availability every month.

No one buys a spot

Providers don't pay their way in. Every listing earns a place through the same checks.

What We Are, and What We Aren't

Therapy Las Vegas is a guide and a directory. We're not a clinic. We don't provide therapy, diagnose, prescribe, or offer emergency services. When you connect with a provider through us, your care, records, and billing stay between you and your provider.

In crisis? Call or text 988, any time. In immediate danger, call 911.

Serving Las Vegas, Henderson, and All of Nevada

Our community guides cover four parts of the valley:

Many providers in our directory will also offer telehealth anywhere in Nevada, from Reno and Carson City to Elko and Pahrump.
